To be honest I was a little skeptical upon walking in, there is no signage outside and it felt like I was entering someone's flat. However I was immediately impressed by the zen atmosphere in the reception area, the polite welcome staff and the expertise and professionalism of my technician. Both of my treatments were really enjoyable and effective, and made me want to come back again! It's definitely more low-key than a hotel spa but for an enjoyable and affordable treatment in London I highly recommend Skin Co Spa!

Had the most amazing vitamin C facial, every time I’ve visited the staff have been so lovely and explain the process step by step. The experience is always super relaxing and the treatments leave my skin glowing.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials!

I loved how the spa was exclusive to me and the treatments (facial and massage) were great!! The massage was very relaxing and my face felt so shiny and smooth after the facial. The only reason why I am not giving full marks is that I have a few recommendations for improvement. 1) There is no clear sign outside the building that the spa is situated there. That, plus the fact that I was the first client on a Saturday morning made me feel a bit uneasy about the spa. The waiting room was dark and nothing like what I had seen on the pictures online so I didn't feel calm and safe until I was taken to the spa downstairs which looked cozy and exactly like the pictures. It would be great if there is better signage outside and a better atmosphere in the waiting room as it doesn't reflect the rest of the experience. 2) I kept thinking about how often the water for the Jacuzzi is changed. Since the Jacuzzi did not seem to have a pipe to empty the water and refill this must be manual. I sincerely hope that the water is changed after every use because otherwise, it does feel like the cleanliness of the water will be questionable (even with chemicals). It would be great if you can reassure the clients that the water is changed after every use and if that is not the case, I hope this feedback leads to it being changed after every use 3) The sauna and hamam were cold because they had been switched on a few minutes before I used them so it would be great if they were switched on earlier in the morning (if the first client appointment is at 10:00 have them on by 09:00). But, there was a misunderstanding about when I would be using the spa (before or after the treatment) so that is understandable. To help resolve this miscommunication in future appointments it would be nice to have the time of the spa and the time of the treatment in the reminder email sent out the day before. This way both parties can confirm timings. 4) In my spa package a goodie bag was mentioned and I realised after leaving that I never got it. In the old spa, you would receive a goodie bag when entering the spa. Would be great to do that here, too. Slippers felt like used by everyone for example (one pair for all) which again. is not great for hygiene. So if the goody bag had slippers etc like the old goodie bag that would be awesome!
